During our last trip to Italy, we noticed that the state of the roads varies significantly by region. In Lombardy and Piedmont, the national and provincial roads are pretty rough, to say the least. On the flip side, if you make your way to Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the roads there. Our advice for travelers is to check the road conditions in the area they’re planning to visit ahead of time and to take necessary precautions, especially regarding safety.

The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. We got to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature while being close to all the attractions in the city. Plus, we loved the pool and the on-site restaurant. It was truly a haven of peace and relaxation. We really had unforgettable moments at Camping Tiglio in Sirmione!
