Prozis Black Friday 2026: the November waves and what to stock up on

At Prozis, Black Friday is not a Friday. It starts in the first week of November, comes back in waves and ends on the last weekend of the month. So the real question is not “will I miss the sale?” but “which wave should I buy what in?”.

Caroline has partnered with the brand since 2022, we have visited their factory near Braga in Portugal, and she shows her orders on video. This page does one thing: help you plan your purchases around the November calendar.

When is Prozis Black Friday 2026?

Prozis calls it Black November. In 2026, the first wave runs from Monday 2 to Sunday 8 November. Black Friday itself falls on Friday 27 November, and Cyber Monday on the 30th.

Last year followed the same pattern: a first week of sitewide discounts in early November, then a “final stretch” from 28 to 30 November with up to 50% off a selection of products, as relayed by the brand’s partner creators at the time. Nothing guarantees 2026 will be split exactly the same way, but it is a good basis for planning.

The first wave, 2 to 8 November

The terms Prozis has published for the UK:

• Up to 40% off sitewide, which does not mean 40% off every product.
• A free item over £70 and another over £130, from different selections and while stocks last.
• BNOVEMBER can be used three times per customer, with a maximum discount of £250.
• Prozis promotional campaigns cannot be combined with each other.

Three uses means you can place one order now and keep two for later in the week. No need to buy everything on Monday morning.

What we would buy during Prozis Black Friday

No list of fifty products: just what Caroline has actually had in her hands, and what she thought of it. It is all in her video about her October order (in French).

The Elite jacket

The piece she is happiest with: comfortable, good-looking, and she wears it for walks as much as day to day. She took a size M. Clothing is rarely the priority in a Prozis basket, which is exactly where a big discount changes the maths.

The Essence set

More mixed. She liked the colour of the sports bra and her workout went well, the shorts are comfortable, but the waistband support convinced her less, and she noticed changes in fabric and labels. Mixed, not disappointed: worth it if the Black Friday price makes it genuinely interesting, not with your eyes closed.

Oats-on-the-go porridge

The small pots of porridge with whey, peanut butter flavour. She liked the taste and the peanut pieces, and it keeps you full. One tip she learned the hard way: do not add too much water, or you end up with soup.

Protein Skyr powder

One of the less obvious finds in the range: you make up the skyr when you need it, whereas supermarket pots quickly add up over a month.

What to stock up on, and what to skip

Black November is made for the products you would buy anyway. Whey, creatine or omega 3 you get through every month is money saved for good, as long as you do not buy more than you will finish before the date on the tub.

Snacks and food are the opposite: they keep for less time, and that is where temptation kicks in. Buy what you will eat in a month or two, not six.

For clothing, check the size before the price. A garment at 40% off that does not fit will cost you a return, not a saving.

Reaching the free gift tiers without padding your basket

The free items at £70 and £130 are a real bonus, but also a classic trap: adding something you do not need just to reach the tier. The better move is to group into one order what you would have bought in two. If two people at home order from Prozis, one joint order reaches the tier more easily.

Also look at the gift selection offered at checkout, not just the campaign visual: the choices are not the same at both tiers.

During the first wave, Prozis UK pairs our creator code CAROFIT10 with BNOVEMBER, through our link. The campaign maximum does not simply add up to our -10%: enter both, then check the discount lines and the total before paying. Orders ship from Portugal, so judge the final total at checkout, including any import charges, which are not discounted.
